Role Description
The Customer Support Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for handling customer queries and complaints across phone, email, and online channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. The role includes guiding customers on product usage, order status, returns, and general service inquiries, while maintaining detailed records of interactions in support systems.



The Customer Support Executive collaborates with internal teams to resolve technical or complex issues, monitors customer feedback, and contributes to continuous improvement of service standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, chat, email, and phone calls.
- Manage customer conversations through

and ensure timely responses.
- Process and manage customer orders through

- Assist customers with product related queries, order tracking, returns, exchanges, and payment issues.
- Convert inbound enquiries into successful sales by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations team for order processing, dispatch updates, inventory related queries, and issue resolution.
