.Accounts & Taxation * Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. * Ensure timely GST, TDS, Professional Tax, PF, ESIC and Income Tax compliance. * Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. * Reconcile bank accounts and monitor financial transactions. * Track insurer commission receivables and client collections. * Monitor premium remittances and insurer payments. * Maintain records related to brokerage, incentives, and insurer settlements. * Support preparation of financial reports required by insurers and management. * Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations applicable to insurance brokers. * Maintain documentation and records for regulatory inspections. * Prepare monthly MIS reports and management dashboards. * Analyse business performance, profitability,



and cost control measures.* Coordinate with sales, operations, underwriting, and claims teams.

Requirements
