Now we're going online — for real. And we need someone to build that business from the ground up and run it like it's their own.

The Role

You'll be the one person who owns Cura everywhere people shop online: our own website, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and quick commerce apps like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. Not a slice of it — all of it. Listings, pricing, ads, inventory, reviews, rankings, the works.

This is a rare kind of mandate: a 27-year-old, profitable, doctor-trusted brand handing you a blank canvas online. Most e-commerce roles are about optimizing something that already exists. This one's about building it.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Running curaayurved.com like it's your own store — catalogue, pricing, inventory, and making sure the site actually converts, not just looks positive.

• Getting Cura onto Amazon, Flipkart,



and Meesho and making sure we don't look like an afterthought there — sharp listings, smart pricing, ads that actually perform, and reviews that build trust.

• Winning quick commerce — Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart — where visibility and stock availability decide who wins in the ten minutes before someone orders. That's your game to win.

• Owning the numbers. Sales, margins, ad efficiency, inventory — if it's an online channel, you know exactly how it's doing and why.

• Keeping Cura looking like Cura everywhere — working with the brand team so a rushed marketplace listing never undercuts 27 years of credibility.

• Holding the line on what makes Cura different, even on platforms built entirely around discounting. We compete on process and proof — not the lowest price on the page.
