- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create proposals for current projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to inform product development decisions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
- Strong understanding of centrifugal pumps and their applications.
- Ability to develop detailed drawings and technical specifications for new products.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from concept to launch.
