Role Description
The Senior Program Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing and optimizing student enrollment and counseling processes for partner institutions.



This role includes managing end-to-end learner advisory interactions, guiding prospective students through program selection, and ensuring high-quality support from inquiry to enrollment. The Senior Program Advisor will coordinate with internal marketing and counseling teams to refine outreach strategies, monitor lead conversion performance, and provide feedback to improve campaigns and CRM workflows. The role also involves building robust relationships with institutional stakeholders, preparing program performance reports, and recommending data-driven improvements to enhance student outcomes and institutional growth. The Senior Program Advisor is expected to mentor junior team members, uphold service standards, and contribute to operational best practices in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
