Role Description
The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that power OperForce AI’s Enterprise AI products. Day-to-day work includes implementing responsive user interfaces, building secure and scalable back-end services, integrating APIs, and ensuring smooth data flow between the platform components. The role involves collaborating with product, AI,



and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, writing clean and testable code, performing code reviews, and troubleshooting issues in production environments. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, requiring close collaboration with colleagues to drive rapid iteration and continuous improvement of the platform.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), including building responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, with experience creating secure, scalable APIs and services.
- Hands-on experience in Full-Stack Development, integrating front-end and back-end components into robust, end-to-end solutions.
- Solid understanding of modern web frameworks, version control (e.g., Git), and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
