Role Summary

The Internationalization & Compliance Functional Consultant will lead and support global ERP localization initiatives across multiple regions, ensuring Oracle ERP platforms comply with country-specific financial, tax, regulatory, and business requirements. The role will partner with Finance, Tax, IT, and Business stakeholders to deliver internationalization (i18n), localization (L10n), and compliance solutions supporting global business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Global ERP Localization & Internationalization
- Support global Oracle ERP implementations and rollouts across APAC, EMEA, ANZ, and other international regions.
- Gather and analyze country-specific business, finance, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure ERP solutions support localization needs including language, currency, tax, date/time formats, and regional business processes.
- Coordinate regional testing and validation activities to ensure localization readiness.

Compliance & Regulatory Readiness
- Configure and validate country-specific tax requirements, including GST, VAT, withholding tax,



and statutory reporting.
- Support legal, regulatory, and financial compliance requirements across multiple geographies.
- Partner with Finance and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to local regulations and corporate policies.
- Maintain documentation for audit, compliance, and regulatory reviews.

Oracle ERP Functional Support
- Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, Intercompany, Expense Management, and Tax Localization.
- Support Oracle ERP enhancements, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
- Create functional specifications for integrations, reports, and customizations.
- Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, interfaces, and system enhancements.

Testing & Implementation
- Lead SIT, UAT, data validation, and go-live activities for global ERP deployments.
