Role Description:
To identify pharmaceutical importers and distributors globally, generate qualified leads, schedule meetings for the International Sales Team, prepare company presentations, conduct preliminary discussions, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects. This is not a sales-closing role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify pharmaceutical importers, distributors and potential partners in assigned countries.

• Build prospect databases using LinkedIn, Google, trade portals and other online resources.

• Reach out through email,



LinkedIn and phone calls to introduce Vaishali Pharma.

• Qualify prospects by understanding their products, sourcing requirements, markets and business potential.

• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the International Sales Team.

• Prepare and customize company presentations and product portfolios.

• Maintain CRM/database with accurate records and follow-up status.

• Coordinate with internal teams for product information and presentation material.

• Track competitor activity, market trends, and new business opportunities.
