As a
Senior Manager – Software Engineering
, you will lead multiple engineering teams responsible for delivering highly scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions while driving technical excellence, people development, operational efficiency, and client success.

You will partner with Product, Architecture, Business, DevOps, QA, and Operations teams to deliver pivotal initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Delivery Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic programs, ensuring predictable execution, quality, and on-time
- Manage the complete SDLC including planning, estimation, development, testing, implementation, deployment, and production
- Drive Agile delivery excellence by managing risks, dependencies, resource planning, and release governance.
- Ensure consistency to SDLC, engineering standards, security, compliance, and operational guidelines.
- Lead build, enhancement, modernization, migration, and maintenance initiatives across multiple engineering





Client Partner Management
- Work closely with clients and business partners to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable technical
- Participate in customer workshops, architecture discussions, solution presentations, and executive governance
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external partners while effectively managing expectations and issues.
- Communicate delivery health, Key Performance Indicator, project risks, mitigation plans, and strategic initiatives to senior

Technical Leadership
- Provide architectural guidance and technical oversight across enterprise
- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design scalable, secure, cloud-native
- Convert High-Level Design (HLD) into detailed technical designs (LLD), including APIs, data models, algorithms, schema, and integration
- Drive engineering excellence through design reviews, code reviews, peer reviews
