• Architect observability strategies across multi-cloud and hybrid environments for full-stack visibility of applications, infrastructure, and services.

• Design and enforce observability standards and instrumentation guidelines for microservices, APIs, front-end applications, SaaS applications (fully vendor managed), Cots applications and legacy systems across hybrid cloud environments.

• Administer platforms like Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog and BigPanda to collect and correlate metrics, logs, traces, and events.

• Automate monitoring workflows using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) and integrate observability into CI/CD pipelines.

• Establish SLAs, SLOs, and data contracts that connect observability to system and business outcomes.

• Collaborate with SRE/DevOps teams to define telemetry standards, troubleshoot incidents using distributed tracing and AIOps,



and optimize system performance.

• Experience in Open Telemetry adoption, ensuring vendor-neutral, portable observability implementations where appropriate.

• Drive the application of AI and Agentic AI to enhance observability capabilities including intelligent alerting, predictive analytics, and automated insights.

• Design and implement GenAI solutions to enhance developer experience, operational efficiency, and business automation.

• Embed AI into observability and incident management using AIOps, predictive analytics, and intelligent alerting.

• Integrate AI/ML capabilities with platforms like Dynatrace, Grafana, ServiceNow, Splunk, and Datadog for automated insights and RCA.

• Contribute to AI strategy roadmap by evaluating platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face) and ensuring responsible AI usage and governance.
