Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Pedagogical Mentorship & Lesson Ideation: Shadow and learn directly from senior lesson designers. You will participate in creative brainstorming sessions, contribute fresh ideas for lesson plans, and assist in drafting high-quality art curriculum materials under expert guidance.
- Curriculum Sourcing & Educational Research: Assist in researching diverse art techniques, historical contexts, and contemporary design trends. You will collaborate with the team to gather visual references, organize instructional materials, and help adapt curriculum content to meet diverse learner needs.
- Graphic Design & Multimedia Production: Create and edit digital assets such as worksheets, instructional templates, posters, and presentation slides. You will design clean layouts for curriculum documents using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)



while editing photos and videos for educational content.
- Administrative & Database Support: Support the administrative engine behind curriculum development. You will manage document folders, update progress-tracking spreadsheets, schedule team meetings, and assist with skilled email communication with internal and external stakeholders.
