Job Description

Strategic Marketing & Business Planning

• Develop and execute annual and long-term marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive market share growth, revenue generation, and brand leadership across therapeutic segments.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and formulate growth strategies.
- Prepare annual marketing budgets, forecasts, and promotional plans.

Product & Brand Management
- Lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies. • Manage the complete product lifecycle, including product launches, line extensions, and portfolio optimization.
- Develop brand positioning strategies to enhance product visibility and market penetration.




- Monitor product performance and implement corrective actions to achieve business targets.

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
- Evaluate market trends, prescription patterns, customer needs, and industry developments.
- Generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

Field Force Effectiveness
- Work closely with Sales teams to enhance field force productivity and brand performance.
- Develop promotional campaigns, visual aids, scientific literature, and marketing tools.
- Conduct product training programs for sales teams and ensure effective communication of brand strategies.
- Monitor implementation and effectiveness of marketing initiatives in the field.

Product Launch & Portfolio Management
- Lead current product evaluation, business case development, and launch planning.
