Key Responsibilities
- Drive change management activities for large-scale SAP OTC implementations.
- Assess organizational impact and develop change adoption strategies.
- Create and execute communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure smooth transition to new SAP processes.
- Monitor user adoption and address change-related risks and challenges.
Required Skills
- Experience in Change Management for SAP implementations.
- Strong experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and transformations.
- Proven track record of supporting large-scale SAP rollout or transformation programs.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, communication planning, and user adoption.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Strong analytical,
