Key Responsibilities:

Handle all client enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate print and framing solutions.
Prepare and send quotations/estimates promptly.
Process customer orders and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely execution.




Generate invoices and maintain accurate order records.
Follow up with customers on quotations and pending orders.
Coordinate dispatch and delivery with logistics partners.
Ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism at all times.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline.
3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, print production, or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Kannada and Hindi will be an added advantage).
Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and perform under pressure.
Experience in the printing, photography, advertising, or design industry will be preferred.
