About The Role:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day people operations. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation,



and maintaining employee records. This internship provides an opportunity to learn HR processes while working in a fast-paced, creative, and remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in posting job openings across various job portals and social media platforms.

● Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

● Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

● Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records.

● Support onboarding activities for current employees and interns.

● Assist in preparing and updating HR policies, documents, and employee records.

● Help organize employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities.

● Respond to basic employee queries and provide HR support under guidance.

● Maintain confidentiality while handling employee information and HR documentation.
