Role Description
The Senior Human Resources Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Kozhikode. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. The Senior Human Resources Manager will design and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth, ensure compliance with labor laws, and promote a positive,



inclusive workplace culture. Daily responsibilities include leading the HR team, partnering with leadership on workforce planning, managing compensation and benefits processes, and driving learning and development initiatives. The role also involves handling employee engagement activities, conflict resolution, grievance management, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and systems.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices aligned with local labor regulations.
- Strong skills in leadership, team management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
