ROLE SUMMARY

We are hiring a Sales Representative based in India to generate recent business leads in the US hotel market. Your job is to identify hotel owners, management companies,



developers, and renovation projects that need FF&E; manufacturing and get them on a call with our US team.

This is a pure outbound hunting role. You will cold call, cold email, and prospect your way into conversations with decision-makers. You will not manage existing accounts or handle inbound inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and build targeted prospect lists of US hotel owners, management companies, hospitality developers, and PIP (Property Improvement Plan) renovation projects requiring FF&E; manufacturing.
- Execute 40–60 cold calls per day to US-based prospects using RingCentral with a US caller ID.
- Send personalized cold email sequences to decision-makers including owners, VPs of Operations, asset managers, and project managers, and follow up systematically.
- Track the four key triggers: Hotel sales, Brand license renewals, Brand conversions, PIP mandates
- Qualify leads based on project
