Position Summary: The BIM Manager for Landscape Architecture will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of BIM processes and technologies within our landscape architecture projects. This role requires an experienced and organized qualified with a deep understanding of BIM to enhance project workflows, improve collaboration, and ensure the delivery of high-quality landscape designs. It also required the incumbent to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, technical oversight, and mentor staff to enhance their BIM skills and efficiency.
- Develop and implement BIM standards, procedures, and workflows tailored to landscape architecture.
- Provide front line project specific support to design teams
- Develops the work schedule for teams at the start of each project. Tracks progress of task assignments vs original schedule for the team and take necessary precaution
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, including landscape-specific BIM guidelines.
- Manage and maintain BIM models for landscape projects, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with landscape architects and project teams to integrate BIM into project planning and execution.
