Role Overview

Support Kimberly-Clark's North America business by managing and troubleshooting EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transactions. Ensure smooth electronic order processing between KC and customers, reduce errors, and improve automation for touchless order flow.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and resolve transmission errors.
- Respond to customer and stakeholder queries via email and phone.
- Maintain system tables and customer setup configurations.
- Track and report EDI performance metrics and scorecards.
- Manage user access and security permissions.
- Drive process improvements using LEAN methodologies.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support system changes, upgrades, and occasionally provide weekend/holiday coverage.
