Role Description
The Export Manager role at SUNCROSS BIKES is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana East. The Export Manager will oversee end-to-end export operations, including managing international orders, coordinating with production and logistics teams, and ensuring timely shipment and documentation. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with international buyers, handling OEM/ODM inquiries, and negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines.



The Export Manager will also monitor international market trends, identify new business opportunities, support business planning for target regions, and ensure compliance with export regulations and customer requirements.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of export processes and documentation, with practical experience in Export and International Trade.
- Skills in Business Planning and International Business to develop and execute growth strategies in global markets.
- Proven Sales experience, particularly in B2B or international sales, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Ludhiana East, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
