About The Role
The IT Cost and Contract Analyst, reporting to the Project and Portfolio Manager, is responsible for proactively managing, analysing and optimising IT spend across the organisation. Working closely with Global IT leadership, Procurement and Finance,



the role ensures that technology costs are transparent, controlled, and aligned to business value.

This role will act as the central point of insight for IT commercial performance, supporting informed decision‑making through robust analysis of contracts, vendors, licences and consumption trends, and driving continuous improvement in cost efficiency and contractual outcomes.

What You’ll Do
IT Cost Management & Analysis
- Maintain end to end visibility of IT spend across vendors, contracts, services and cost categories (e.g. cloud, software, infrastructure, services).
- Analyse actual vs budgeted IT spend, identifying variances, trends, risks and optimisation opportunities.
- forecasting processes with accurate and timely cost data.
- Develop and maintain cost allocation models aligned to IT services, products or business units.
- money reporting for IT leadership and Finance.
