Role Description
The Industrial Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role. This role is responsible for managing employee and labor relations across project sites, ensuring alignment with company policies, legal requirements, and organizational objectives. The Industrial Relations Manager will oversee the implementation of HR and industrial relations policies, maintain compliance with labor and employment laws, and coordinate with project and HR leadership on workforce planning and disciplinary matters.

Qualifications
- MBA- HRM & IR
- LLB/LLM
- IR experience for 13 to 15 yrs with at least latest 5 yrs in Construction industry
- Sound knowledge of New Labour Codes and compliance under it.
- Handling of PF cases
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and Labor Relations to handle grievances, disputes, and workforce engagement effectively.
- Experience with Collective Bargaining, including negotiation,



consultation, and agreement implementation with unions and worker representatives.
- Sound knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies to ensure compliance and guide management decisions.
- Ability to develop and implement IR strategies, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and communication plans.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with site management and diverse employee groups.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills to track IR metrics and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in HR or Industrial Relations is an advantage.
- Prior experience in industrial relations within construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
