This dynamic role involves conducting training needs and gap analysis, collaborating with stakeholders, and applying adult learning principles to develop engaging and interactive learning experiences. The Senior Learning Experience Designer produces a range of instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, blended learning solutions, and in-person conferences, all of which adhere to NASBA's CPE requirements. The team member works with significant autonomy, coordinating the entire design process, including meetings with subject matter experts and external partners. The Senior Learning Experience Designer uses a variety of learning design tools and is comfortable working with Learning Management Systems such as LCvista and Workday.
As a key member of the team, the Senior Learning Experience Designer will support the firm's mission to offer a variety of technical, leadership, and professional development experiences supporting team members on their career journey. The candidate for this role should have a strong foundation in instructional design tools like Articulate 360, with the ability to build learning that is relevant in a professional services environment. In addition, the candidate should possess a strong consulting background or experience in cross-functional collaboration, be naturally curious, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable, with a passion for creative problem-solving and a strong analytical mindset. Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to challenges will be essential to their success in this dynamic environment.
