Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the recovery process of outstanding amounts from clients.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquencies.
- Lead and motivate a team of recovery agents to achieve targets.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to recovery operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in collections or recovery.
- Strong knowledge of legal frameworks and regulations governing debt recovery practices.
- Excellent leadership and management skills,
with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
