Role Summary

The Transport Program Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management, strategic development, and operational oversight of all employee and corporate transportation services across India. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, robust data analytics, vendor management, and hands-on operational execution to ensure a secure, efficient, and cost-effective transport program.

Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Program Management: Manage and oversee the entire employee transportation services program (shuttle services, cab pooling, etc.) across India, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
- Ad-hoc Car Rental Program: Manage the corporate car rental program for executive and business travel requirements, ensuring timely service and cost control.
- Policy & Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive transport policies and procedures relevant to Indian regulations and internal best practices.



Advise the client/leadership with best practices and innovative solutions for the region.
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of the transport program across India, focusing on efficiency, cost optimization, safety, and technology adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders (Security, HR, Finance, Facility Management, Leadership) to drive efficiencies and alignment across transport-related initiatives.
- Feedback & Resolution: Establish a formal process to review employee feedback and swiftly provide resolution on transportation-related issues.
- Vendor Analysis: Conduct rigorous and continuous analysis of vendor performance based on contractual SLAs, key metrics (on-time performance, safety records, incident rates), and cost efficiency.
