Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven Assistant Manager / Manager MIS & Reporting to lead the firm's reporting, analytics, and recruitment MIS function. The incumbent will be responsible for creating meaningful dashboards, maintaining recruitment and business reports, driving data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting
- Own and manage the organization's recruitment MIS, business dashboards, and operational reports.
- Prepare and publish daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports for leadership.
- Track recruitment metrics including positions, CV submissions, interviews, offers, closures, aging, TAT, and recruiter productivity.




- Develop automated dashboards and reporting mechanisms to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Ensure complete accuracy and integrity of recruitment and business data.

Analytics & Business Insights
- Analyze recruitment trends, productivity metrics, client-wise performance, and business KPIs.
- Generate insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Support leadership with data-driven reports, presentations, and management reviews.

Process Improvement
- Standardize reporting formats and streamline MIS processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure timely updates and adherence to reporting timelines across teams.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with recruiters and business leaders to gather, validate, and reconcile data.
