Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 35 years of experience who possesses solid marketing fundamentals, strategic thinking, and hands-on digital execution skills.

This role is ideal for someone who understands:
- Why a campaign should be run, not just how to run it.
- Customer journeys, buyer behavior, and positioning.
- How content, SEO, social media, email, events, and paid campaigns work together to generate demand.
- Marketing metrics that impact business growth.

If your experience is limited to creating and managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads campaigns without involvement in broader marketing strategy, this role may not be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop marketing plans aligned with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Define target audiences, buyer personas, customer journeys, and value propositions.
- Create channel strategies across organic, paid, content, email, and social media.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.





Demand Generation
- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
- Build and optimize marketing funnels from awareness to conversion.
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Plan and support webinars, events, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives.

Content & Brand Marketing
- Work with internal teams to create compelling content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and social media content.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Develop content strategies that support SEO and lead generation objectives.

Digital Marketing Execution
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee SEO initiatives, keyword strategies, website performance, and conversion optimization.
