Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will identify and qualify prospective customers, conduct outreach through calls, messages, and online platforms, and present ASTRA TRIBE offerings in a compelling, value-focused way. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, following up on leads, handling inquiries, and closing deals to meet or exceed commission-based targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



collaborating with team members on campaigns, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, consistently driving new business, and representing ASTRA TRIBE’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
