We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Design Intern to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and be eager to learn and contribute to real-world design projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing user-friendly and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces.
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and reusable UI components.
- Ensure consistency in visual design, branding, and user experience across products.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) Design principles and methodologies.
- Knowledge of User Interface (UI) Design and visual design fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Information Architecture and user flow creation.
- Experience creating Wireframes and Interactive Prototypes.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Understanding of Design Systems and reusable Components.
- Basic knowledge of Graphic Design Software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or freelance design projects is preferred.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Strong interest in UI/UX design and digital product development.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team workplace.
