We operate a growing network of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and Industrial Training Institute (ITI) colleges dedicated to equipping youth with industry-ready technical skills and bridging the gap between education and employability.
Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and highly strategic Academic Head to take the helm of our PPP and ITI colleges. In this leadership role, you will oversee the complete academic, operational, and administrative functioning of these institutions. You will be the driving force behind academic excellence, regulatory compliance, faculty development, and the overall growth of our educational centers. The ideal candidate is an institutional builder with a deep understanding of India's vocational education landscape.
Key Responsibilities
1. Academic & Institutional Leadership
- Provide strategic direction and overall leadership for all Venture Skill India PPP and ITI colleges.
- Design, implement, and monitor academic calendars, training methodologies, and curriculum delivery to ensure industry relevance.
- Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance frameworks for teaching, workshops, and practical training.
2. Operational & Administrative Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all campuses, ensuring optimal resource utilization and infrastructure maintenance.
- Streamline administrative processes, admissions, and student life services across all institutions.
- Monitor institutional budgets, operational expenditures, and financial performance.
3. Regulatory Compliance & Government Liaison
- Ensure all institutions strictly adhere to NCVT/SCVT, DGT guidelines, and other relevant government
