Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive who can generate business opportunities, convert leads into clients, and support day-to-day business operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, negotiating,



and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Reach out to colleges, educational institutions, and corporate clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach.
- Convert qualified leads into successful partnerships and business.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Maintain an updated CRM/database of leads and opportunities.
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Operations Support
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of training programs.
- Track proposals, agreements, and client onboarding.
- Prepare reports on lead generation, conversions, and sales performance.
