Job Summary:

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and alignment with business goals.



This includes managing networks, software, hardware, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and IT support across departments.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement the companys IT strategy in line with business objectives.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improving infrastructure and business efficiency.
- Systems & Network Management:
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, servers, and networks.
- Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems.
- ERP & Business Applications:
- Manage ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ginesys. Tally, or in-house ERP) to ensure smooth operation.
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants for ERP customization and upgrades.

- Implement and manage security measures to safeguard company data and systems.
