Collections Product Manager | Bengaluru/Mumbai (Hybrid)

High-growth SaaS platform modernizing retail debt collections for India's leading NBFCs, Banks, and Fintechs — moving collections from a legacy cost center to a data-driven, borrower-centric function.

We're hiring a
Collections Product Manager
who blends domain knowledge, product thinking, and business analysis to own our collections product roadmap end-to-end.

What you'll do:
- Own the roadmap for collections modules, driving development with design, tech, and analytics teams
- Act as the primary product interface for clients — gather requirements, run discovery sessions, align solutions to business goals
- Prepare BRDs and FSDs translating business needs into detailed specs
- Apply deep knowledge of retail lending products (personal loans, gold, consumer durables, two-wheeler, home loans) and the collections lifecycle — buckets, settlements, restructures, write-offs




- Translate requirements into sprint-ready user stories and acceptance criteria
- Own QA sign-off from a business logic lens
- Track adoption, usage metrics, and feedback to continuously improve the product

What we're looking for:
- 5–6 years in collections strategy/operations at a Bank/NBFC,
or
Product/BA roles in a collections or lending tech company
- Hands-on experience interfacing with clients, gathering requirements, and writing BRDs/FSDs
- Strong grasp of allocation logic, agency management, and resolution tactics
- Comfort working across tech, data, ops, and client teams
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Excel, basic SQL, JIRA, Figma/Miro or equivalent

Positive to have:
- SaaS product experience serving BFSI clients
- Exposure to rules engines, automated workflows, or performance dashboards
- Understanding of compliance/audit workflows in collections
