Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Engineer to join our growing Solar Projects team in Kankanady, Mangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the execution, coordination, and monitoring of solar projects and be capable of ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Supervise project installation activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards.
- Verify material requirements and coordinate procurement activities as required.
- Support project commissioning, testing, and handover activities.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering support during project execution.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Solar Project execution and management.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, installation practices, and project coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in rooftop and commercial solar installations.
- Knowledge of solar design drawings, BOQ preparation, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards and commissioning procedures.
