About the Role:

MatCare Wellness Centre, Viman Nagar, Pune, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female MRD Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for Medical Records Department (MRD) activities and will also provide support in PCPNDT documentation and scan room operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage patient medical records accurately and confidentially.
- Ensure timely filing, retrieval, and updating of medical records.
- Assist in PCPNDT documentation and compliance-related activities.
- Coordinate and support daily scan room operations.
- Prepare and maintain registers, reports, and required documentation.
- Work closely with doctors, radiologists, and administrative staff.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and statutory requirements.

Candidate Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in MRD,



healthcare administration, PCPNDT documentation, or hospital operations preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, record management).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.

Compensation:
- Salary: Based on current salary and experience.
- Maximum salary offered: Up to 25,000 in hand per month.
