Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless operation and availability of business-critical applications across production environments.
- Act as a key point of contact for operational support, driving resolution of application issues while minimizing business impact.
- Investigate recurring system challenges, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures to improve service stability.
- Work closely with engineering, product,
and infrastructure teams to address complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Support application releases by validating deployments, monitoring post-release performance, and coordinating remediation activities when needed.
- Leverage operational metrics and system insights to identify opportunities for process enhancements and service improvements.
- Participate in service governance activities, operational reviews, and change assessments to maintain a stable and controlled production setting.
- Monitor application health and proactively address risks affecting service reliability and customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational commitments and service objectives are consistently achieved.
- Contribute to major incident management activities and support critical business events through effective coordination and communication.
