Role Description

The Business Development Manager will work full time in office in Delhi, OH, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships in the real estate and Prop-Tech ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets,



generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations, and managing the full sales cycle from outreach to closing. The role involves collaborating closely with product and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs, demonstrating AI-powered solutions, and gathering feedback to inform product enhancements. The Business Development Manager will also track performance metrics, maintain an organized pipeline in CRM tools, and represent BuildsenseAI at industry events, meetings, and presentations to drive growth and brand visibility.
