The Role
We are looking for an Advisor, Program Management to join our India-based team and drive cross-functional delivery across Archer’s SaaS GRC platform. You will manage execution across Engineering, Product, and Operations,



maintain governance and delivery cadence, align global teams, and surface risks before they become blockers. This role is ideal for someone with strong program management fundamentals who thrives in a fast-moving, distributed software workplace.

What You'll Do
Program Delivery & Execution
- Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams.
- Adapt plans as business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery needs change.
- Work with engineering teams across the SDLC, from planning through release.

Stakeholder Partnership & Collaboration
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, and business stakeholders to align scope, priorities, milestones, and dependencies.
- Lead cross-team and cross-geography collaboration to support execution.
- Facilitate stakeholder forums, decisions, and action-item follow-through.

Program Governance & Communications
- Maintain program governance, cadence, revie
