Desktop Support Engineer (L1/L2)

Key Responsibilities

Provide remote and desktop support for end-user hardware and software issues.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.

Support and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other Office applications.

Diagnose and resolve printer, scanner, and peripheral device issues.

Configure and troubleshoot VPN connectivity for remote users.

Troubleshoot browser-related issues across supported web browsers.

Handle user account management, password resets, and access-related requests.

Respond to incidents and service requests through ITSM tools while meeting defined SLAs.

Perform software installation, upgrades, and patch management.

Support desktop imaging, deployment, and asset management activities.

Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve complex technical issues.





Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2–5 years of experience in Desktop Support, End User Support, or IT Service Desk.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working in an enterprise IT setting and adhering to ITIL processes is preferred.
