Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Key Account / Engagement Manager to manage strategic client engagements in the FMCG Food & Beverages sector. The role requires a strong understanding of FMCG supply chain operations, the ability to engage with senior client stakeholders, and ownership of large, multi-location programs. The successful candidate will drive client satisfaction, operational excellence, commercial performance, and business growth across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end management of key client engagements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' supply chain operations, including manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, secondary sales, trade execution, merchandising, and retail operations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by identifying operational challenges and recommending appropriate Audit & Assurance and business assurance solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution of projects across multiple locations.




- Drive governance through regular business reviews, project tracking, issue resolution, and performance reporting.
- Manage account profitability, budgets, commercial commitments, and overall P&L; for assigned engagements.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements and collaborate with the sales team to grow account revenues.
- Build robust relationships with client leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor key operational metrics, project risks, service quality, and compliance with agreed SLAs.
- Mentor project teams and promote a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
