; Job Summary

;We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user interface design, user experience principles, website design, and responsive layouts. The candidate will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create engaging web applications and websites.

; Preferred Qualifications
- ;Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
- ;25 years of experience in UI/UX or Website Design.
- ;Portfolio demonstrating website and application design projects.
- ;Experience with user testing and usability evaluation.
- ;Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards is an added advantage.

; Key Responsibilities
- ; Interface & Visual Design
- ;Design modern, responsive,



and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and web applications.
- ;Design landing pages, dashboards, forms, and interactive user journeys.
- ;Ensure consistency in branding and user experience across digital platforms.
- ; UX, Wireframing & Prototyping
- ;Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- ;Conduct user research and apply UX best practices to improve usability and accessibility.
- ; Systems & Development Collaboration
- ;Develop design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- ;Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- ; Optimization & Trends
- ;Optimize websites for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
- ;Improve existing websites based on user feedback and analytics.
- ;Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design standards.
