Operations Manager
to lead daily operations, manage IT infrastructure projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily business operations and project execution
- Coordinate with sales, technical teams, vendors, and clients
- Monitor project timelines, resources, and service quality
- Improve operational efficiency and maintain documentation
- Lead, mentor, and support team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or IT
- Experience in operations/project management
- Knowledge of Servers, Storage & Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
