We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
*Plant Head for Stainless Steel Company*
to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production, quality, maintenance, safety, supply chain coordination, and overall plant performance. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a continuous improvement mindset to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end plant operations to achieve production, quality, cost, delivery, and safety targets.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or other operational excellence methodologies.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, productivity, yield, downtime, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance,



and Commercial teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and manage plant budgets while identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through coaching, training, and succession planning.
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance programs are effectively implemented to maximize equipment reliability.
- Lead audits, customer visits, and compliance initiatives while maintaining quality management standards.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or Production Engineering. An MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior plant leadership role.
