Job Summary

You’ve got the opportunity to jump into the adventure with Dare2Gear as a Business Development Executive (BDE) In this role, you’ll sell thrilling cycling expeditions, epic trekking tours, and unforgettable adventure travel experiences. You’ll connect with fellow adventure lovers, turn exciting inquiries into confirmed participants, and build lasting relationships with corporates and outdoor communities—while being part of a brand that lives and breathes adventure.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales inquiries for
cycling tours, treks, and adventure expeditions
- Convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media
- Explain itineraries, safety standards, inclusions, and gear requirements to clients
- Generate new leads through partnerships, corporates, clubs, schools, and institutions
- Maintain CRM with follow-ups, payments, and confirmations




- Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets
- Coordinate with operations and expedition teams for smooth execution
- Upsell add-ons such as gear rentals, insurance, and premium services
- Build a strong community of repeat travelers and cyclists

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Travel / Sports / Management preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in
travel sales, adventure travel, or outdoor sports sales
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills
- Passion for cycling, trekking, fitness, and outdoor travel
- Comfortable working with targets and peak-season pressure
- Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, and social media leads

Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in
cycling expeditions, trekking companies, or adventure brands
- Knowledge of Indian trekking routes and cycling circuits
