Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end lateral hiring for support functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate engagement until onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and hiring reports while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Preferred Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in lateral recruitment.
- Experience hiring for support functions such as HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, Legal, Admin, Procurement, Quality, Facilities, and other corporate roles.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a quick-paced environment.
