Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The person in this position will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and drive sales growth for solar projects in residential, commercial, and industrial markets.



Daily responsibilities include lead generation, client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with technical and installation teams, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closure. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and contributing to sales strategies and promotional activities. The Business Development Manager will be expected to meet assigned targets, provide regular reporting on performance, and represent the company in a skilled manner at meetings, events, and site visits.

Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with the ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into successful projects.
- Experience in client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation, with the capacity to communicate value propositions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
