In this high-ownership, forward-deployed role, you will not just gather requirements—you will architect business solutions, establish analytical frameworks, and spearhead our AI-first delivery methodology. You will serve as the primary strategic bridge between executive client stakeholders, software architects, and engineering teams. Upgraded Responsibilities
- Strategic Consulting: Lead discovery workshops with C-suite and executive stakeholders to diagnose systemic pain points and define the overarching product vision.
- AI-First Frameworks: Establish and optimize the team's standard operating procedures for using AI acceleration tools in requirements gathering, data analysis, and validation.
- Solution Architecture Partnership:



Partner directly with Lead Architects to evaluate technical feasibility, define MVP scopes, and trade off technical vs. business constraints.
- Delivery Leadership: Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, manage the product backlog for complex enterprise systems, and proactively manage scope creep.
- Mentorship & Quality: Set the standard for user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation; mentor junior/mid-level BAs on the team.
- Go-Live Governance: Define UAT strategies, lead defect triage governance, and sign off on go-live readiness for mission-critical enterprise systems.

Upgraded Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Functional Consultant, with at least 2+ years leading enterprise-scale projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-million dollar B2B enterprise platform implementations.
