Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and empathetic
Client Relationship Executive
who can manage front-office operations, coordinate with therapists and families, and ensure a smooth and positive center experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and families at the center.
- Ensure a positive and supportive experience for parents and children.
- Manage appointments,



therapist schedules, and attendance records.
- Update client and session details in internal systems.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate payment records.
- Share reports and updates with families and management.
- Gather post-session feedback and address client concerns promptly.
- Support daily administrative and front-office operations.

Requirements
- Must know
Marathi and English
.
- Prior experience in client handling, front desk, customer service, or administration preferred.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and internal tools.
- Organized, empathetic, and professional.
- Ability to coordinate with families, therapists, and internal teams.
- Comfortable working in a child development and mental health care workplace.
