Role Description
The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a sales team, set and monitor sales targets, and drive property sales for residential and investment projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing lead generation, conducting client meetings and site visits, negotiating deals,



and ensuring timely closure of sales with accurate documentation. The role also involves developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The Sales Manager will maintain detailed sales reports and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.
