Role Description
The Marine Design Project Manager is a full time, in office role based in Kochi,



responsible for overseeing marine design projects from concept through delivery. This role involves managing project scope, schedules, and budgets, coordinating design activities, and ensuring that engineering outputs meet technical, safety, and quality standards. The Marine Design Project Manager will collaborate closely with design engineers, clients, and internal stakeholders to align requirements, resolve design and implementation issues, and ensure timely project milestones. Day-to-day tasks include leading project planning meetings, tracking progress, preparing status reports, and managing risks and change requests. The role also requires supporting continuous improvement in design processes, contributing to resource planning, and promoting effective communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Project Planning skills to lead marine design projects and deliver results
